Who can provide fee-based consulting services
According to Canadian immigration laws, only the following persons can apply for immigration and citizenship documents on behalf of:
- Lawyer registered in Canada
- A licensed immigration consultant registered with the Immigration Consultants Regulatory Commission (ICCRC).
How to identify a licensed immigration consultant
Simply put, a licensed immigration consultant refers to an immigration consultant registered with the Canadian Immigration Consultants Regulatory Commission (ICCRC). Why you must choose a licensed immigration consultant
Choice is more important than hard work!
Illegal consulting agents usually attract customers at very low prices. If the application is rejected, the fee will be refunded as a “promise” to solicit customers. But putting aside whether the company has a legal qualification license, they are trying to evade legal responsibility and let the customers submit the documents they prepared for themselves, which is the main reason for application rejections. Illegal agents do not have professional insurance compensation to protect the interests of customers, and they will shut down the company and get away if they encounter serious problems!
The official website of the Immigration Department clearly stated: “We will not deal with representatives who charge a fee but are not authorized. If you use an unauthorized representative, in Canada or abroad, we may return your application or refuse it”. It means “Immigration Bureau will not handle cases submitted by authorized agents who charge fees but are not qualified. If you hire an unauthorized agent in or outside Canada, your application may be returned or your visa refused.”

- After you fill out the questionnaire in detail, you can get a 15-minute free consultation (each customer only has one opportunity at most)
- If you sign the contract/agreement with us within one week after the consultation and become a contracted customer (study abroad application, visa processing, immigration services, etc.), the consultation fee you paid can be 100% deducted into the contract amount
- If you sign a contract with us within one month after consulting and become a contracted customer (study abroad application, visa processing, immigration services, etc.), the consulting fee you paid can be 50% deducted as the contract amount
